Jennifer Rutha is a certified career coach with eight years of recruiting experience in the advertising technology industry. Prior to recruiting, she spent 10 years in the advertising industry as a Director of Client Operations, working on accounts for large brands such as Sony & L'Oreal; she has also been a part of two successful digital startups.

Jennifer enjoys helping students identify their strengths and skills, guiding them towards a career path that motivates and excites them. Her goal is to help students build confidence as they leave high school and enter college with a clear vision of their future.
